The studious atmosphere of an atypical place inspired Charles Kieny to write the first pieces for the cello-cello-accordion CrozPhonics trio. The mystical textures of the young composer made the stones of the Académie Musicale de Villecroze vibrate, first under the mentorship of Richard Galliano then Vincent Peirani, as well as Vincent Ségal.

An additional residency at the Academy took place in November 2021 in order to create the rest of the repertoire as well as videos.
